Workout Program: A Week of Workouts

Boy, am I excited! I have developed a week long workout program, which the workout will post on here and YouTube each day, as well as across my social media platforms. How cool is that!? Not only have I created the workouts, but I have also made the workout logs, so you can print them off and keep track. Feel free to go through another week and see how you improve.
So here’s the deal: Monday, at 6am EST I will post your first workout, along with the workout log for you to print, and I will go through the instructions. Each workout will have an instructional video so that you can see how to do each move.
Before each workout you need to complete a warm up, and you need to do a cool down after. I will post links to warm up and cool down videos that will also be up on my YouTube channel for you to follow along with.
