Today is our mid-way point and I am so proud of everyone who has stuck with it so far and just keeps pushing through! Change is not something we all do well, but this is a positive change and you’re doing something great for your health, so keep it up!
Triple B is a workout that will focus on your biceps, back, and booty. Don’t let that fool you though, this will work your whole body! Pick a heavy weight if you can, especially with a butt-focus, you want heavier weights!
Remember to do your Warm Up first, then perform the workout, and Cool Down afterwards. Click on the links to see instructional videos of each. Day 4 of #LLLWOW is done and I feel exhausted but am so proud of myself for sticking with it and pushing through.
