Finding quality and easy recipes for dinner can be a challenge, especially when you are trying to eat right. I’m glad to be able to try out and share healthy recipes with my audience and this one is so yummy your whole family will love it.

Spaghetti Squash is just as easy to make and just as delicious. For this recipe I used Prego’s Vegetable Chunky spaghetti sauce and it was really good. It tasted fresh and had some extra vegetables in there.

Recipes for dinner Spaghetti SquashHow pretty is that? I added some freshly steamed broccoli and zucchini for more vegetables, color, and texture. You could also add some beef, turkey or sausage if you like more of a meat sauce.

Recipes for dinner Spaghetti SquashYou only need a few items which is great. Again, it makes this recipe just as easy as regular spaghetti. I work all day and I am a grad student, but I cook all of my meals. I am the queen of quick and easy recipes.
