Step 1:

Try to perform the regular exercise as five to seven days per week. Then it is pretty much similar to lose 20 pounds of weight quite easily. Daily exercise season will give you the best result so try to be regular. According to sports medicine, college of America only daily exercise can give you the best result.

Step 2:

When you are new at elliptical workout you should start it slow to moderate then after some days it is okay to work with moderate to high intensity. If you do that there have some positive changes between your heart rate, physical injuries and also calorie burns. But it’ll be great if you can increase your workout day by day.

Step 3:

Every thirty minutes of workout takes some rest of 5 minutes and try to drink some water. Exercise early in the morning as like 30 to 60 minutes each day. When you are newbie try only 10 minutes a day then increase your workout time for the better result. Gradually increase the amounts of time will increase the result of weight loss.

Step 4:

Try different categories of exercise like walking or running for the better result. Don’t do the same workout regularly because it can slow down your process and your body might be accustomed.

The high-intensity interval on the exercise might be a problem for you. You have to warm up for 5 to 10 minutes at the first stage of training and take some water then when your exercise arrived on 10 minutes trying to take some rest on the cool zone and clean your sweats.

Warm up for 10 minutes at a moderate pace then try to increase the pace or your running then bring back to moderate pace for one to three minutes.

Start slowly and build high intensity and duration. Plan to lose a high amount of weight per week as like 1 or 2 pounds in a week. It’ll help to your long-term weight loss. Eat healthy and balanced food and also try to not to eat this kind of food which may break your process.  You are not able to lose your weight overnight so keep calm and follow your daily routine.


When you feel pain, dizzy or nervous stop your exercise take some rest and then if you feel better you can start it again but if you not closed the chapter of workout for that day.
