Who’s ready for a killer lower body barre workout? If you don’t do barre, I urge you to try. It’s challenging, fun, and a great way to tone and lengthen your muscles.

I have created a great Lower Body Barre Workout that you can do from home, without any necessary equipment! Now, if you have something like a towel or a small ball, put that between your thighs for the first move and SQUEEZE! If not, just squeeze.
