Going to the gym can be an ordeal. Who wants to get all dressed up, drive all the way there, and then get into the car or catch the subway afterwards when you’re all sweaty and probably don’t smell as nice as you’d like to? Working out at home can be much easier, but you may not know where to start. Don’t worry! You don’t need lots of equipment or specialist knowledge, just the determination to get fit. Sounds great, huh? We’ll tell you how.

  1. Push ups

If you want to keep your arms in good shape, but you don’t have any weights or other equipment at home, then push ups are a great way to do this. Not only can you ensure that you’re looking more muscular than ever, but there are different ways of doing this based upon your ability. If you want to stick with something easier, why not start off from your knees rather than your feet?

  1. Squats

Girls looking for the perfect butt, look no further! Squats are the best way to achieve this, and your butt will be looking more round and muscular with every day that passes. You can start off with a low number, and build up to becoming the ultimate squatter. This requires no equipment, so is good if you want to look great on a budget. If you want to see the optimum results, use an enhancement cream like the one on offer at https://www.glutimax.com/.

  1. Plank

When it comes to getting the perfect abs, you may be tired of always hearing about sit ups. Well, why not give the plank a try? It looks a lot easier than it actually is, so don’t be fooled into thinking that this workout will allow you to lie flat on the floor for 10 minutes. If you can crack this one, you’ll be saying hello to that flat and toned stomach before you know it, and there are no sit ups in sight… phew.

  1. Box jump

This is the only workout that you’ll need equipment for, but you’ll be glad that you’ve invested in it. The box jump makes working out fun, but don’t be fooled into thinking that this one isn’t a hard one either. The deal here is that you have to jump onto the box, and jump backwards off it, which counts as one rep. This is great for getting toned and muscular legs, and you’ll also see its effects on your butt. There’s nothing bad about this.

So, there are many workouts that you can do at home, without having to invest in a lot of equipment. So say adios to those gym classes and the expensive fees, and say hello to a fitter you, by trying push ups, squats, the plank, and box jumps. Your arms, butt, abs and legs will be looking great, and you’ll feel fabulous and a whole lot healthier. Good luck, and have fun trying out these exciting home workouts!
